Our mission is to educate and empower the 45 plus population to take control of their lives and maintain or regain independence by providing fitness, nutrition, and exercise content that can help lead a healthier and more enriched life.
Why We Started the Still Got It Fitness Foundation
We know how important a fitness routine is, especially as we age. As trainers, we have watched as people have transformed their lives and regain their independence. We created the Still Got It Foundation to share our knowledge and experience to improve the lives of everyone around the world.
Years of Experience
Together, our founders, Bruno and Travis, have over 42 years of experience training adults over 50. They have firsthand experience the benefits of consistent exercise and have watched as it has dramatically improved many lives.
